Tell A Friend Sign-Up Form

This  year, Imhotep  International  Soccer  Association  is  introducing  a  program  to  promote  new  player recruitment. 

The  IISA  Tell  a  Friend  Program  allows  registered  players  to  become "Sponsors" for  new players. This program is for registered players only.

Sponsor Requirements:

1. Registered player in 2006 with IISA Club.

2. Registered to play in 2007 with IISA Club.

3. Must name thee New Player when registering or when their friend registers. Only one sponsor for each New Player.

New Player Requirements:

1. Must not be currently be playing for another soccer club or has not played for over 1 year with IISA Club.

2. Must register to play with the IISA Club.

3. Must play at least one regular season game on a IISA Club team.

Sponsor Gift:

1. When all requirements are met, the sponsor will be awarded a special gift by the Director of Coaching.

2. The gift will be presented to the sponsor at a regularly scheduled game.
